		<description>2 thumbs up for the Black Bean Burgers!  My mom, 16 y.o. daughter, and me loved them!  I just want to say I would steer clear of nonstick pans.  Read up on Teflon.  Yuk.  We use mainly cast iron and sometimes stainless steel.  Thanks for the recipe!</description>
