Scott and I have 21 nieces and nephews. However, 19 of those are on his side of the family. He has 4 married brothers and sisters and one of them just had her first baby in the last year. That tells ya something about Beans. Beans and babies go together.
MacAskills on the other hand (Anne MacAskill Bean, here, AKA Anne McBean) were a little later in starting. My first niece and nephew (twins!) were born just 15 months and 10 days ago. Don’t worry, though… MacAskills are quick on the uptake. The adorableness of the twins set off a chain reaction and now three more babies are on the way.
“But Anne,” you may ask… “Don’t you have only three siblings?”
Why yes, observant blog reader, I do. I have three older brothers and each is expecting a baby to be born in 2007. Considering 2 out of 3 pregnant (and fabulous) women are also photographers, and 3/3 new babies have a photo-taking madman as a Grandpa, I’m not too worried about living so far away. I’ll just get to know my new nieces or nephews on SmugMug. Where else? 🙂
