200 lb of Apples – A Photographic Journey

Scorecard:

200 lbs picked, bagged, and hauled home
50 lbs promptly turned over to eager neighbor
30 lbs stashed in the fridge for (so far) apple cinnamon muesli, baked apples, munching, apple waffles, apple butter, and apple raisin oatmeal
70 lbs turned into 25 quarts of skins-on, no sugar added, applesauce
50 lbs still waiting to be sauced and canned a week later. Doh!
